STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT I DONT OWE YOU NOTHING!
i am horrified and ****ed! first of, i app**** for a life cover and from the first go they MESSED UP with the debit order amount of R750 roughly which was not agreed to. the second time round they debited a different amount with a different collections reference, after about two months after not debiting they came back again with R207. a month or two later again they which is today i get a message of R565 debited in my account. MIND YOU I DONT OWE THEM NOTHING! they keep coming back in my account and that policy i app**** LAST YEAR 2017. SHOULD IT NOT HAVE LAPSED BY NOW.... PLEASE FIX THIS MESS AND CALL ME ASAP! You are ******* *****ing money from peoples accounts. I am NOT paying because i dont want your services any longer.
