****** insurance premiums

A few weeks ago, we lodged an insurance claim with M&F. They sent us a form telling us how much they were going to pay out. We accepted the amount, signed the form and sent it back. To date, M&F have still not paid out the claim. They cannot give any adequate reason for this complete failure to honour their side of the insurance contract.<br> <br> I urge everyone to NOT insure with Mutual & Federal. They take your insurance premiums but do not pay out in the event of a claim.
