****** Car Claim

My car was ****** on 2 Dec 2015. Put in the claim to Mutual and Federal on 3 Dec via broker. Gave it one week and then started to inquire. My broker was trying to get hold of the person who is handlimg the claim. Everytime it was somebody else handling it. Eventually found the person and his response was that they waiting on Paperwork from bank. My broker was trying to get hold of this guy daily to follow up, but what a mission. On Friday 18 Dec got hold of a co worker and we were informed that all the paperwork has been received but this guy went home early. Monday exactly the aame thing. Everything is ready but he went home early again. Eventually my broker logged a complaint and this morning we received all the paper work to be signed off. And then this guy has the oddasity to send me a mail and say that they have procedures to follow. Is going home without your work been done part of the procedures!! In the mean time I am without a vechile but thats not his worries!!
