Still waiting on feedback
Submitted a claim for my washing machine on the 15th submitted documents on the 20th I called the consultant to find out if they got my documents she mentioned she had missed them. She called me on the 23 n asked for pictures which I sent. I had to go n buy a washing machine coz I wasn't get any feedback. What's the point of having a policy where feedback won't be given to you. I am not happy with the service
