Still waiting for my claim to be finalized

Submitted a claim for my washing machine but due to being in isolation delayed in sending my documents, finally managed to send my documents on the 15.01.2021on the 20.01.2021 called the assessor Dineo who claimed to have missed my documents, on the 22 she asked for pictures this was 9 in the morning till now have not received any feedback. I've even bought a new machine now. There is no tcf at old mutual. I won't recommend this company to anybody
