STAY AWAY FROM PATHETIC MUTUAL & FEDERAL
This is my 3rd complaint in 1 month regarding a claim. I am still waiting for feedback from Mutual and Federal. This claim has been dragging on for 4 months now and NO ONE at MF want to take responsibility to resolve the issue. For everyone else out there do not even bother to complain about MF on Hellopeter. They will just ignore you. What a joke. I will personally go and see them when I am back in South Africa (face to face). Sick and tired of their empty promises and absolutely pathetic service. <br> <br> What a waste of time...shame on MF
