Stay Away!

Stay away! Stay far away! I am not someone that just give 1 star for no reason! We had Old Mutual Travel insurance, we had a delay for more than specified time, expenses listed, everything according to their schedule! And they literally used every excuse in the book to get themself out of the claim! They are *******! ****! ****! ****

I have made a complaint, have sent multiple emails and even sent to Ombud, and you just get away with everything, how will this suddenly make an difference? So that old mutual just look good??? My case was opened in January, we are now at September, and I have an email backlog for more than 30 different email addresses, each with multiple emails going back and forward! So how will you make an difference!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
