Sling recovery

I heard breakdown at Thembisa around 1PM and old mutual sent a company to assist us, that company left my car parked (not straight)in a way that even the garage couldn't close,they just drove off without checking if everything is ohk or not.they want you to sign the invoice before towing the car.i called the person who towed my car several times , and it was lies after lies. ..I end up calling Old mutual again around 8PM since my car was left in an unsafe way , and they sent Wynand from First Help , he went out of his way to help me, and parked the car straight and inside the garage.
