Shocking - over 2 weeks to approve claim
I got in a very minor accident with my car 2 weeks ago. Emails have been flying around between Coachworks and Old Mutual, yet NO ONE has managed to approve the claim for TWO WEEKS! This has left me with the option of either being stranded, or take up expensive rental car costs. And still no news when my car will even be fixed. I want answers and I want them NOW!!!!
