Sheer Incompetence
I was Burgaled in Dec 2021 and have still not had my claim for contents paid because of sheer incompetence within Old Mutual Insure. They are quick to take your premium but when they have a internal problem they ignore you flat and hope you will go away! Terrible customer service.
