Shady Dealings

I am writing to lodge a complaint about Old Mutual insure, that I used to ise as my car and household insurance. I cancelled all my insurances (household, car and cellphones etc) with them in January or February this year (2025) and as of today they have not closed this account on my credit report. Thus this account appears to be open with a status of “up to date” instead of “closed”. I had raised a similar enquiry in the year and was told after a few months it will update and now it’s December the status is still the same. This is an inconvenience for me as when I count my commitments this is a blockage and it reflects a current balance of R 2 593,00. I want this account closed with immediate effect and to be provided with proof thereafter.
