Service on policy admin sucks
For over a year now, whenever I try to communicate with OM Insure regarding my short-term policies, I barely get responses. You never know who to email. You just receive an auto-response that they have received your email, but you don't get follow-up.
Signing up for online management of your policy is also problematic and not possible. Their service sucks.
