Service is failing even more

So on Friday I wrote a review on the service that I have received from OMInsure and a contractor Cape Panel Beaters. So now Cape Panel Beaters wants to meet with me and an assessor. to go over all the faults in the body work and workmanship. Holly Solomons COE of OMInsure has sent a mail yet no response after I sent her a mail back.

I honestly don't see why I should deal with people that gave such poor service seeing a woman as my wife took the car in for the assessment. And having a list of things done on my car that should not have been done.

Can I really trust a contractor The Posses the question and I quote "Am I supposed to fix other peoples ****?"

Is that what we call customer service.
