Service is appalling

This has to be the worst service provider I ever delt with. Made a claim on the 25th of May. Have to run after them to assist. Last time it took them 4 months to assist when my phone was damaged. I guess I should wait a semester this time around. Their call center Agents not even willing to assist and it's like they are doing us a favour.
