Just want to give a shout out to Melissa Jooste. I was claiming from one of Mutual and Federals clients 3rd part after their truck smashed into the back of my car. The service was shocking, after dealing with about 4 people that have no people skills, battling to get trough to their phone lines..... the whole system seemed to be set up in a way to frustrate anyone that claims.<br> <br> Melissa Jooste made all the difference.
