Good day. Unicorn Appliances have a vehicle insured through Old Mutual and the Broker Carlyle Risk. It appears as though a claim has been repudiated but nothing in writing from Old Mutual. its been over a month already and the courtesy vehicle has been taken back. How does a business continue with service like this from a reputed insurer. ( This is on behalf of a friend )
