Second assessors are sent to decline claims!

<p>There was a claim processed for a ceiling that was damaged. Federal& Mutual sent an assessor. The assessor checked the ceiling and said that the insurance company (Federal& Mutual) will fix the ceiling.The first assessor even took measurements of the ceiling. Federal& Mutual then sent a second assessor to decline the claim due to "leaks" on the ceiling. I don't understand the point of insurance if their objective is to decline claims from clients who pay them every month!!</p>
