Scratched vehicle - poor insurance cover

So my car was scratched 2/3 weeks back. Ive logged a claim, only to be administrator for my own claim. Consultants DO NOT return calls (Elmarie/Megan) i needed to visit the repairer more than once, using my fuel all the time, my airtime to call all the time, as in daily, on the hour, i do not get any returns on my calls. Now only for OM INSURE to want me to contribute to paint, they are paying peanuts for the actual claim. Very quick to deduct their installments, really slow on sorting the claim and compensating me for the value of my claim. The consultants are unhelpful. empty promises.
