I had a home invasion back in 2015 (was asleep fortunately upstairs) and they stole R50k in jewelry. I was refunded and had to go through their preferred jewelers. Two days ago I was ****** of my rings on the bus and guess how much they are paying back .... R3.700 ... so what now - my life actually has to be threatened but get ****** in a bus and nothing cos it "wasn't specified". Back in 2017 they increased the premium by 41% to R1.797.42. Do a quick calculation - I have paid religiously even when I was unemployed (previous premium in 2017 before 41% increase) - R1.273.90 x 20 years (at least) = R305.736 !!!!!!!!!!!
