Running unauthorised Enquiries on customer credit profiles
Old Mutual Insure has been running unauthorised "Enquiries" on customers credit profiles which have an adverse impact on a customers credit score. They do not understand this concept and as a result, I have been forced to lodge a dispute with Transunion. I will also be cancelling my policy due to their ********* practises and pure incompetence.
