Rude no feedback agent

<p>Rude agent who has no regard for feedback for clients i have just had a na incedent with a very rude claims agent at Mutual and federal (iwyze) for items that was taken in sisnce 25th i have heard no feedback from this ****en rude lady finaly when i get hold of her she gives me a pathetic attitude and has the nerver to tell me that she is going to cancell my claim ,from the day i put in my claim i have heard nothing from her i have called this ****en place 4 times with no luck when i finaly get hold of her she gives me attitude,needless to say i been stuggling with this Nonzwakazi rude agen , i want cancell my policy and have my stuff brought back so that i have nothing to do with this **** ass company</p>
