Rude ...Bad service from Nikiwe Hegeni

just had a terrible customer service when i wanted to claim for Food Deterioration ,as we didn't have electricity for almost two weeks .i called and did speak to the Agent by the name of Nikiwe Hegeni ,she is very rude to be servicing customers ...first she doesn't knw the company product as she needs a refresher training .cause she also requested to transfer me to underwriters for what i don't knw ...cause at the end of the day this is my benefit that i have to claim for if my food is spoiled .and the next thing she is telling me not to take out my frustrations on her telling me why didn't i read my policy docs before i call .Nikiwe doesn't fit to be helping out clients she deserve to be on a department where she doesn't interact with clients cause Old Mutual insure will lose clients due to her bad attitude .
