I got your offer of 9900 Wich is not fair to me

I can get car repaired for about 25000 at power trans

Wich is the place your assesor quoted from Thats the cheapest. All other is a lot more

Parts alone is 7000

Labour even more

How in the world is 9900 600% of damage

9900 is 39.9% of damage if going to cheaper panel beater

Im not the one at fault here. I was going on a main road

With about 4 meters to stop when this lady just come in infront of us

Moment she moved we hooted and breaked and she just looks at us. As if its her right of way

Many people at that off ramp looks left only and not to the right when turning right

A mutual friend had same problem when a lady came in infront of them.

If mrs lungile just obeyed the rules of the road, none of this would have happened

She is at fault Not me

We hooted , in so warning her Yet she just look at us. Slowly crossing over. Looking at us

And she stil kept going and ended up stopping next to us

She could not move more due to her rear wheel that got cought in the wheel arch . She did not even try to stop, no sighn what so ever

How does that work?

Now I must pay balance of the damage just to get my car fixed.

Panelbeater can take 9900 But wil hold my car untill balance is paid In full As they do not take payment in install ments. Cash only.

This is realy not fair. And terrible service

Im not even at fault. Please give a more reasonable offer. If you say its 30 percent and 70 liable. Then I must get 70percent of damage. Im not even cause of the accident
