Refusal to repair my car - third party

<p>On 25 of march 2017 my car was involved in an accident with Mr J le Crange who was driving land rover discovery number plate FP79 BD GP the client of Mutual and Federal who admitted that he was wrong on accident .He was driving on rea vaya lane for bus on wolmarns street middle lane without checking his mirror he bumped the left doors of my car.We went to hilbrow police station for the statement and he agreed that he was wrong, promised that his respective nationwide insurance Mutual and Federal is going to pay .My car was towed to Proline panel beaters for safekeeping and evaluation on which after a week the insurance changed its story shockingly was advised that they can only payR7000.00 for the damages whilst the quotation for repairs amounted to R50000 .00. I disputed their decision/offer to pay such peanuts but shockingly the rude and disrespect manager Ebrahim told me that l must seek legal advice. My car is not even older than three months and its my only source of income because its under Uber. I had been left strunded with my car from the day of accident till today nothing have done but they rushed to fix the car for their respective wrong client. What a service, i need senior management intervation on this case, prepared to distribute it even on Speekout, cutting edge to show how the unfortunate individuals are mistreated.... This is a serious case as i cant even pay my instalment. Such a big insurance! what comprehensive cover do you offer? People be aware of such ****s!!</p>
