Really Impressed With Handling 3rd Party Claim

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Genevieve in the operations department for handling my claim swiftly. I've read so many bad reviews with the level of service especially with 3rd party claims, but i can say with cer*****y that its not the case. Their level of service is brilliant, my claim was handled effectively, she even went as far as calling me to explain how they came to the release amount offer. When she wasn't avail, Melissa assisted and delivered the same level of brilliant service.
