Really bad service
My vehicle was insured with old mutual and was ****** a month later by someone that was doing repairs on the vehicle. It has taken old mutual 4 months to repudiate my claim and they have still not sent me any correspondence regarding their decision. My emails are not being answered. Any advise on what more I can do.

06 Jan 2020, 11:52I do appreciate such a quick response from the hello Peter site but you must understand that this is even more disturbing to me right now. Three emails were sent to 7 of your staff members over three weeks with no response at all. I'm not just annoyed I'm also very irritated at the lack of professionalism and the time it has taken to repudiate my claim
