Premium hike without notification or justification
I checked my bank statement today to find our car and household insurance premiums had suddenly been increased by more than 15% without any prior notification. To compound the issue, we haven't claimed for two years, and our cars have obviously depreciated in value during this time, yet our premiums have only gone up during this period (twice). Have left messages and sent emails to the brokers (AIB) but nothing has been resolved (we haven't even received a response). Very close to moving to another insurer.
