Pre Qualified at Sales Stage
What a disappointment...I requested a call for a quote on car insurance. I felt so disrespected after being prequalified by the guy I was speaking to. We did not even get my driver's license details, duration of precious insurance or even the usage of the vehicle. He already told me upfront that he can get me under what I am paying due to my previous claims. It would have been nice to know the premium and the benefits that come with it. This is so unprofessional.
