Poor Service still Persists at MF

<p> </p> <p>The claims department promised to pay for damages to the tyre and rim in the accident. They paid for the rim refurbishment but refusin to pay for the tyre which could only be identified damaged when the tyre was taken of the rim. Now they refusing to pay srating it's late. The Accident happened a month ago and my vehicle has been lying at the panel beaters for the entire time without success. The challeges were also relaing to delayed payment. The coordination and communication was pathetic. I laid a complaint and today no one has had the decency of responding to this matter. Sadly I have been with MF for over 25 years. My vehicle is currently parked and cannot be used because of this horrid and ********* service from MF.</p> <p> </p> <p>My further correspondence will dealt with at higher levels.</p> <p> </p>
