Poor Service Old Mutual Insure

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who submitted a claim from Old mutual insure.Their call center is useless,i called the ***more than 10 times just this morning alone choose,by the time i speak to an agent the line cuts or the agent can not hear me, or the line just dies,their claims call center just adds more stress and are not helpful at all.You must make sure you have a R1000 worth of airtime and just dedicate a full day just to speak to them of which thats something i do not have.All i want to know is feedback regarding my fathers claim poor poor service.
