Poor poor service

I don't easily complain, but as a client of the company another OMI caused an accident with my daughter's car which was not insured yet. I never get feedback and when I do it's a generic statement that cannot be substantiated by the claims handler. I am utterly disappointed in the service and expected more from a company that I have been supporting for more than 20 years
