Poor feedback

So i sent through documents for a 3rd party claim and need to keep calling to find out the status of my claim and never get through to the relevant consultant and i have left countless messages to get called back and no one ever does, even went as far as sending direct email but no response.

The consultants don't care and alot of clients will leave the company
