Policy cancelled, still being billed!
On the 8 January 2015 I cancelled my car insurance with Mutual and Federal I even gave a months notice and I have been charged for 2 months (debit order) I expect a call and refund ASAP!<br> <br> Also, the Agent that represents you (Heindrich Mienie Certified Financial Planner An accredited Old Mutual Agency Franchise) of RJ Financial Services Vanderbijlpark portrays your company in very bad light as he never returns calls, is unnecessarily rude and discusses my policies with members of my family that I do not live with!<br> <br> I await your response...
