PLUMB GURANTEE AND OLD MUTUAL USELESS
i had a burst geyser a month ago. plumbers came and replaced geyser and since then the geyser has been making a very load vibrating banging noise. plumbers-PLUMB GUARANTEE came back over 10 times but cannot fix this. insurance refused to send out another company to sort out the plumbers mess. eventually a month later they send out a new plumber who instantly finds the fault with the shoddy work of plumb guarantee and fixes it. however OLD MUTUAL has not paid them so they come back to undo the job/!!!!! can you believe this. we are at our wits end
