Please can someone attend to me!!!

I'm trying to get ahold of Sarah Dlamini ***), in third party claims/payments department to no avail for the past few days. Today when somebody actually answered the phone, I was told she is on lunch till 2pm. I call back at 2:15pm ...and at 2:30pm again...there is still no answer.<br> <br> This is pertaining a third party claim from last year in May/June that which I thought it must have been settled months ago but now to surprise a Sherriff arrives at my office with a summon. <br> <br> Mind you this is my second complaint with M&F this year. Ridiculous!<br> <br>
