PAY BACK THE MONEY

Old mutual said they would investigate this matter of my claim, it has been almost five days with no response, they have never contacted me. I have requested for their dorect line and they have never given it to me, last month they refunded me afte two days of reporting the matter, and now they are not making any positive progress to solve this problem. I demand that they pay my money before the end of today which amounts to R4000 +
