Pathetic Services and Non Delivery

I had an accident on 12th March ,3rd party claim (Mutual and Federal being the insurer) What pathetic service , i cant understand why and how people would still be insure through/with them, I have been dealing with managers /claim managers who are *********** / promises are made and not kept. .The big boss (Neil Govender , the big boss ( apparently) doesn't even bother to return calls. After numerous emails .my claim has still not been settled , I now have got my lawyers involved to assist with payment , In all my dealings with insurance , i have never received such unacceptable service , ever.
