Pathetic service very unhappy and non professional

<p>I net with an accident on the 13.11.2015. They have told me that my car has been written off and they gave me a settlement letter of which was 100 000 less than insured so i did not accept there offer. They decided to do a "further" investigation and some 8 months later they reject my claim due to my car damage does not match the damage of a truck which sped off. This is nonsense and they are 100% wrong for turning down this claim. There were many irregularities in this matter which i am very unhappy with. </p>
