<p>THIRD PARTY CLAIM : CLAIM NUMBER: ********** 95</p> <p>Submitted a third party claim and furnished all solid evidence in support of the claim. The photos clearly depict that the Mutual & Federal client ended up on the third parties side of the road and collided with the third party vehicle when the Mutual & Federal client turned right without keeping a proper look out. The pictures furnished to teh negotiator are clear and concise. The negotiator failed to take all evidence into consideration and based decision on an incorrect version about the merits put forward by Mutual & Federal insured. The negotiator failed to look at evidence properly and/or apply his mind. Looks to em as if he purely wants to amke a saving instead of paying out when his insured was the liable party. Claim was rejected under incorrect applicable principles. Truely pathetic service!!! </p>
