Pathetic service for claiming
Absolutely pathetic service. I have a claim which has been approved and now they say must wait 30 days for payment to be processed. What **** is this seriously. A payment normally takes 7 days. Ive been trying to contact url and url dont even answer. I am actually on the verge of taking this to the ombudsman and court. Im sick of this now
