Pathetic Service Claim ignored
Submitted a claim on the home contents insurance with Old Mutual. They promised to send a technician to do a damage report on the appliance. 3 weeks passed no contact or technician sent. The pathetic service indeed, I tried calling assigned consultant to my clain with no luck, sent emails no reply.
