Pathetic service by Old Mutual Insure

We have just experienced issues with our geyser and solar panels. The contractors sent out by Old Mutual have informed us that both cannot be repaired and need to be replaced. My husband enquired with Old Mutual Insure twice today and spoke to simeone by the name of Pule Mahlomme who has been handling our case. On both occasions he told us that he would return our call but never did. Nobody can be contacted to assist us either. It seems we made the biggest mistake changing from Outsurance to Old Miutual. We have never been treated so shabbily by Outsurance. We thought we would be getting a better deal with Old Mutual but the service and treatment of their customers leaves much to be desired. We demand that a manager call us to resolve the issue
