Pathetic Service and Hopeless Call Centre

I lodged a windscreen claim nearly 3 months ago. I was told that PG glass would come to my office and fix. They came to repair and realised they did not have the right parts and said they would come back. They subsequently came back without confirming the appointment with me. I was not in the office. SINCE THEN I am still waiting for the repair The Old Mutual Call centre is totally useless. You are forever on hold with multiple options to press but NEVER any assistance
