Pathetic service

I would like to express my disappointment and the way I'm so disgusted with the pathetic service I have received from Old Mutual Insure. With this kind of disappointment I am definitely considering to look for other insurance company and I will expose Old Mutual Insure to the friends I have referred to be part of your clientele. I cannot drag my friends to this pathetic service.

On Wednesday (26/01/2022) my cellphone claim was submitted and to date no feedback from Old Mutual Insure. I have spoken to numerous agents (Ronel, Patricia, Ntokozo) with no success. The are sooooo sooooo clueless. Apparently my claim is under Nonhlanhla Ncube- *** whom I cannot get hold of.

Take this as a cancelation of my vehicle & cellphone insurance policy. Sies, what a pathetic service
