Pathetic service
I am a 3rd party client with Mutual and Federal Insurance<br> The *********** staff and poor attitude is sad.<br> I have been dealing with the liability department since April to date and have not resolved my claim.<br> There's no customers care or feedback ect.<br> I have now resorted to legal asistance<br> <br> Even if given free cover by the company i will never accept.<br>
