Pathetic refund service
Policy ********** was cancelled 2017 already and re-opened by the existing broker to open a claim, policy was never cancelled. Query for a refund was logged and a month down the line and still no funds paid back. Cannot understand why money is taken with a smile but one need to beg for your own money due to you!!!
