Pathetic insurance

Why cant i give zero stars to this pathetic insurance company? Really poor service, take 3 months to come to a conclusion regarding my claim after the floods in Uitenhage, now dont want to pay for all the damages.how can it be my fault that the house has moved because of the floods? Walls cracked, floors cracked swimming pool damaged...etc Want to pay for painting the walls inside because the roof leaked? But dont want to fix the roof hahaha, they send someone to give a valuation of the property,, they now say its underinsured? But i have insured it for twice the amount i bought it for... they're valuation is more than 3 times the original price? They even add R300000 to the valuation for removal of ******* lol Take your money every month without hesitation, but when it comes to a claim because of a natural disaster? They have a world full of excuses

Wont recommend them to insure anything, not even the free air you breath Claim nr ***
