Pathetic and unprofessional customer service

Do not insure your home with any of the 2 companies Old Mutual Insure and Bettersure. It is unreal how 2 companies(1. Bettersure and 2. Old mutual insure) can be *********** and have such putrid customer service. It has been 2 months and yet no one has called me regarding my claim that has been rejected. They will find any reason not to pay out a claim even if you have all the evidence to show you had no knowledge of the damages that occured.It amazes me how you pay these companies their premiums each and every month without fail yet they lack customer service. I mean the least Adv. Hendrik Viljoen could do is call me and keep me up to date but I guess I am just asking too much. You companies make me sick and I think things should be taken further because your company thinks they could just get away with things.
