Pathetic!

Pathetic at handling a simple insurance claim. A total lack of good customer service. These people have no urgency and no good work ethic. A total disregard for their customers and their safety. We need a wall fixed in front of our house after a car crashed through it, leaving the whole yard exposed. After a week they are still to let us know what is going to happen? We are left with rubble and no security. In comparison with other insurance companies with who we have dealt with before, these guys are terrible.
