Over two and going tk 3 months of Delays on my claim

It's been over 2 and going to the 3rd month now since I put in a claim with old mutual insure and they keep on giving me run around..

They were suppose to assess my car in person but they did it by just looking at pictures digitally and concluded their quotation and later found out that what was concluded is not the reality ..I tried calling everyday but the rudeness from my claim handler(prunnella naidoo) ..I'm so shuttered and tired 😫 😭 and the sad thing is that when I talk to others, there seems to be some slow progress
